These terms govern the use of thothverse.com. By using the site you accept them. The use of Sakla.co and ThothVPN is subject to the terms published on the respective product sites. The Turkish text is the authoritative version.

The site and its content

thothverse.com is a studio site on which Thothverse presents its own products. The content is for information; it forms no offer, undertaking or contract. Product statuses (live, early access, next up), roadmaps and dates may change; unverified information is shown tagged on the site.

Intellectual property

The site design, texts, drawings, studio mark and logo belong to Thothverse. Short quotations with attribution are allowed; copying the content as a whole, using it commercially or associating the brand with another product requires permission.

Unacceptable use

• Attempting to disrupt the operation of the site, its forms or its infrastructure.
• Submitting the forms automatically, in bulk or with false information.
• Copying or imitating the site to mislead others.

Forms

Information entered in the contact and early-access forms is processed as described in the KVKK Notice. Submitting a form creates no contract; the reply time is a target, not an undertaking.

Links

The site contains external links to the product sites and to a map service. Thothverse is not responsible for the content or policies of external sites.

Liability

The site is provided “as is”. Thothverse does not undertake that the site will run without interruption or error and, to the extent permitted by law, is not liable for indirect damage arising from the use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Türkiye. The courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul have jurisdiction over disputes.

Changes

When the terms change, the version date is updated; a new version takes effect when it is published.
